The Society of Simulation and Gaming of Singapore (SSAGsg) is a non-profit professional organization set up tocontribute to the development of Simulation and Gaming in Singapore and the region. it is a focused community foiresearchers, practitioners and developers who are keen in furthering their professional knowledge through learnincand working together and promoting the experiential activities in the public

The society comprises:

Ordinary Members

Any person who is professionally involved in developing or deploying Simulation and Gaming as a designer, auser, or a researcher may be admited to ordinary membership and shall be eligible to vote or stand for elections tothe Committee.

Associate Members

Any person who has an interest in Simulation and Gaming may be admitted to associate membership but shallnot be eligible to vote or stand for elections to the Committee.

Institute Members

Educational lnstitutes or non-profit organizations incorporated with educational purpose can be admitted toinstitute membership. institution members have no voting rights nor are eligible to stand for elections to the Committee

Corporate Members

Companies or representatives of firms or unincorporated bodies can be admitted to corporate membershipCorporate members have no voting rights nor are eligible to stand for elections to the Committee.

Student Members

Students of tertiary institutions can join as student members. Student members also have no voting rights nolare eligible to stand for elections to the committee.

The society organises seminars and talks, and has also sponsored and collaborated with several major events andconferences, e.g. lSAGA and ASlASlM federation AsiaSim symposium series. in particular, it has organised AsiaSim2013 and AsiaSim2019 in Singapore, both of which were successfully managed and run.

The society also supports gaming and e-sporting arena of tertiary institutions. t has supported e-sports competitions organised e-sports societies of the National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University. ltalso sponsors the GameCraft Competitions organised by the Games Development Group, a Student lnterest Group atthe National University of Singapore.
