For modeling and simulation, the main research direction include theory and method of discrete event system, theory and method of intelligent optimization, modeling, analysis, control and optimization of complex industrial processes, research of complex network, intelligent transportation and logistics engineering. The specific problems of the main study include scheduling problem of intelligent manufacturing system, intelligent transportation problem and unmanned surface vessels task planning problem. For complex optimization problems, we build constraint modeling method based on problem characteristics. And we use collaborative optimization based on evolutionary swarm intelligence algorithm and reinforcement learning to solve optimization problems.
